Return Period:

• You have 15 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.
• For purchases made from December until January 1st, we extend this period to 20 days.

Conditions for Return:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its accessories and packaging intact.
• You can return the product directly to our store or contact us to arrange for pickup.
